1. Service Agreement
By booking services with Dazzle Clean Team LLC, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your cleaning needs
- Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time
- Secure pets if present during service
- Notify us of any special requirements in advance
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments
- A valid credit card must be on file for recurring services
- Late payments may incur a 5% monthly service charge
3. Liability
- Dazzle Clean Team LLC carries general liability insurance
- We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing flaws in surfaces/furnishings
- Improperly secured items
- Valuables not disclosed in advance
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
4. Service Expectations
- Our team will perform services as described in your agreement
- Additional requests may incur extra charges
- Please ensure utilities (water/electricity) are available
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by Texas state laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County courts.
